  Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Operator Portal from any claims, disputes, or damages arising between tour operators and customers. Operator Portal is not responsible for resolving such disputes.

• Privacy and Non-Disclosure

  Operator Portal is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the tour operators and their customers' data. We take stringent measures to safeguard this information and prevent unauthorized access.

• System Availability and Bug-Free Guarantee

  While Operator Portal strives to ensure the platform is operational and free from bugs, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or immunity from technical issues. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the system’s unavailability or bugs.

• Content Responsibility

  Tour operators are responsible for the content they provide customers via the Operator Portal. We do not guarantee the legal ownership or rights of the content operator's post. Copyright complaints can be reported to [email protected] for necessary action.

• Nature of Service

  Operator Portal is an IT service provider and does not own, sell, or endorse any travel products. Our role is to facilitate tour operators and travel agents in managing their offerings and connecting with each other.

• Modifications to Terms

  We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued platform use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• Governing Law

  These terms are governed by the Republic of Singapore laws. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
