Payment Policy

• Trip must be booked 3 months in advance for safety and client satisfaction.
• 30% of total cost due at booking for hotel, flight, guide, and porter arrangements.
• Additional 30% due 1 month before flight to Nepal.
• Remaining 40% payable upon arrival in Nepal, before adventure begins.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 45 Days Prior to Departure:
• Fee: 20% of total trip amount.
• Refund: Remaining amount after deducting processing charge.
• Option: Company retains refundable amount for future trip.
• Cancellation 25 Days Prior to Departure:
• Fee: 30% to 40% of total trip amount.
• Refund: Remaining amount per clause 1.
• Cancellation 1 Week Prior to Departure:
• Fee: 50% to 60% of total trip amount.
• Refund: Remaining amount per clause 1.
• No refund once trip begins.

Inclusion

• Arrival and departure: Private vehicle transfers between airport and hotel.
• Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu: 3 nights in a 4-star hotel with breakfast.
• Welcome dinner: One dinner with office staff in Kathmandu.
• Cargo clearance assistance: Subject to charge.
• Permit: Fees for climbing Lobuche Peak, Sagarmatha National Park, and Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality.
• Garbage management: Shipment transfer and deposit fees.
• Insurance: Medical and emergency rescue for Nepalese staff.
• Map: Trekking and climbing map provided.

• Member transportation: Domestic flights between Kathmandu, Lukla, and return.

• Porter: Porters per member up to Base camp and back.
• High altitude climbing Sherpa: 1 Sherpa per member for entire climb.
• Assistance: Sherpa to assist in carrying personal gear to high camps.
• Climbing Sherpa salary & allowance: Includes salary, equipment, food, and clothing.
• Oxygen bottle (O2): Available at Base camp with charge.
• Oxygen mask & regulator: 1 set at Base camp in case of emergency.
• High camp service: Infrastructure, logistics, and gear for high altitude camps.
• High altitude tent: Shared tents in high camps (2 members per tent).
• Weather forecast: Provided during expedition.
• Guide: English-speaking guide for trek and sightseeing.
• Valley sightseeing: Guided tour of Swoyambu and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
• Comprehensive medical kit.
• Certificate: Lobuche Peak climbing certificate from NMA.

Exclusion

• Airfare: International flight to and from Kathmandu.
• Nepal entry visa fee: $50 USD for 30 days.
• Lunch & dinner: Not included in Kathmandu or in case of early return.
• Extra nights in Kathmandu: Accommodation for early arrival, late departure, or schedule changes.
• Insurance policy: Mandatory coverage for medical and evacuation costs.
• Personal expenses: Telephone, internet, toiletries, drinks, etc.
• Personal climbing equipment: Clothing, gear, medical kit, etc.
• Toiletries: Soap, shampoo, etc.
• Filming permit: Fee for special filming, cameras, drones.
• Internet service: Not included during trek and expedition.
• Summit bonus: Minimum $300 USD for climbing Sherpa.
• Tips: Minimum $100 USD for porters, high camp staff, etc.
