Description :
At 7,788 meters, Rakaposhi which means "snow-covered" in the Karakoram mountain range ranks as the 27th highest peak in the globe and is regarded as the most picturesque mountain in terms of scenery and located in the Nagar Valley of GB Region, Pakistan. It is not difficult to get to the Rakaposhi Basecamp from Minapin and Hapakun in Nagar District. This journey also involves hiking to Diran Basecamp, a pyramid-shaped peak rising to a height of 7266 meters. Its imposing wall of snow is even visible from Hunza Valley.
Day 1 ()

At the Islamabad International airport, we will welcome you.
Transfer to islamabad hotel.
Sightseeing in surroundings of Capital area in the evening.
Visit of largest mosque the faisal mosque in Asia and Rawalpindi local Bazaar.
Over night stay in Islamabad.
Day 2 ()
Drive towards chillas
Start Journey from Islamabad at 4am & move towards Chilas.
Reach there in 12 Hour.
During Summers we would only Use Naran and Babusar Pass or in winter the Karakuram Highway through besham.
Over night stay in chillas.
Day 3 ()
Drive to minapin in 6 to 7 hours.
Stopovers on the way at scenic attractions including 3 mountain ranges junction, Nanga Parbat viewpoint, and Rakaposhi viewpoint.
Continue drive to Minapin village.
From Minapin village the path follows the irrigation channel and crosses the river on good bridges.
Trek briefing over dinner.
Overnight in the tents or hotel.
Day 4 ()
Trek from minapin to hapakun will take 4 to 5 hours.
Trek starts from the village along with a canal under shaded trees 15 minutes towards the Minapin River.
The trail continues through the juniper trees to a grassy-tiered meadow of Hapakun.
Free time at Hapakun camp.
Dinner and overnight camping at Hapakun.
Day 5 ()
Hapakun to Rakaposhi Base Camp Trek
We will begin our steep climb up to Tagafari(a steep trail continues from Hapakun to Rakaposhi Base Camp, also known as Tagaphari)
The route winds through meadow and forests, rising sharply to the top of a lateral moraine that, up until now, has concealed the massive Minapin glacier on the left.
The trail thins and traverses a rocky cliff above the spectacularly broken Minapin 15 minutes to Tagaphari (3261m) Taga means muddy and Phari means pool in Burushaski Language.
One of the best adventure in pakistan is Rakaposhi base camp trek.

Day 5 ()
Rest day/exploration of Diran base camp
Breakfast and full day towards diran base camp.
Start your trek to Diran peak base camp which is almost take 3 to 4 hours, you will get the perfect view of Rakaposhi , diran peak and minapin glacier After reaching peak and after crossing minapin gclaciers.
If you are not too tired you can visit Kacheli lake which is almost take 1.5 hr trek time.
Back to Rakaoposhi view point.

Day 7 ()
Breakfast and pack your luggage.
Start trekking back to Minapin village.
Proceed to Karimabad arrival in Karimabad check-in at the hotel.
Over night stay in karimbaad hunza.
Day 8 ()
Breakfast in Hunza.
Today we will visit Baltit Fort (700 years old fort) and Baltit village, Altit Fort (900 year old )and Altit Old village, and in the afternoon we will visit Karimabad bazaar.
Overnight stay in Karimabad Hunza.
Day 9 ()
Breakfast in Hunza.
Today we will drive towards passu.
Visit Attabad Lake , borith lake , Gulmit village , passu village and hussaini suspension bridge.
Rest of the time free for individual activities.
Overnight stay in hunza.
Day 10 ()
Breakfast.
Check out from hotel and departure for chillas.
Stopovers on the way at scenic points for photography.
During Summers we would only Use Naran and Babusar Pass/ Trough Karakorum Highway in winter.
Arrival in chillas and transfer to hotel.

Departure for Islamabad en route visit to Taxila Museum and the Taxila sites
